Thread: Looking for potential replacement parts for a chair

Default Looking for potential replacement parts for a chair

I have a mid-century/danish type chair (not sure of the correct term) that I'm looking at replacement parts for. Some of the brackets that lock in to hold the pieces together are broken and pull apart when you sit down in the chair. Are replacement brackets a possibility? Or are they something I'd have to try to reproduce from scratch?

    Thx
    Kris

Take your existing ones to a machine shop or blacksmith in your area and have them made. Won't be too costly, those are simple pieces.
