Default New to me sectional. Help with identifying?

Hey guys been lurking for a while now and finally made an account. Yesterday the wife and I finally found and pulled the trigger on an awesome, like new sectional in kip mocha protected. Can anyone tell me the model of the sectional and general estimate on what it would cost new? Thanks! We are hoping to acquire matching chair and ottoman in the future

Duane thanks for replying! Sectional is like new and I paid right at 5k. Do you think i got a good deal? The previous owner said it was 16k new. What do you think?

Well, I think if the original owner paid $ 16,000 for that sectional in a GR 1 leather he didn't do his/her due diligence in shopping around. They overpaid by about $ 6K or so, give or take.

Wow, coincidence indeed. I believe that was on the Atlanta Craigslist, I thought about driving there but it was a little more than I'd like to spend for a basement sectional for the kids. Hope you enjoy it!

Hey yes that's the one! Super nice people who owned it. We had been looking for an h&m sectional for a while and this one is in great condition. We thought the price was reasonable and were happy with how everything turned out. Next step will be getting a matching chair and ottoman.
