Default Stitches are broken on a seat cushion...how to fix it?

We bought two H&M Sundance chairs locally in 2012. We recently discovered that one of the seat cushions is coming apart, as the stitches are broken. The opening is about 1-2 inches long.

What could we do about it? We cannot go back to the local store, as it went out of business shortly after our purchase.

Call Hancock and Moore at 828-495-9235 and ask to speak to either Ann (warranty) or Emily (Parts and Repairs) in customer service. They will assist you in returning the casings to H&M where they will repair them. Have your serial number handy which is a white label applied to the seat deck tag that says Hancock and Moore.
