    They arrived today in perfect condition! I must say, I was sorry to hear you were not going to keep this, I thought it was a brillant idea. I had wished there was one like it locally.

    Great! Well, I think the cushion selector confused people, which is why I'm not setting it up again. The differences were not significant among the three cushion setups I had and it often put clients in decision paralysis. Instead of being 5 minutes checking out the three spots, there were a lot of customers that were there two hours or more going back and forth, and then would do the Princess and the Pea thing, such as "I think this one would be perfect if it had 6% more resistance, can you ask them to do that?" So eventually what I set up to be a sales aid turned out to be a sales impediment. Most clients agonize over decisions and its probably wise not to give them too many choices.
