We are looking at breakfast sets under $ 2500.
We liked a Canadel distressed look. Currently 35% off. The reviews are mixed. No customer service. Scratches easily.
Other reviews are good.
My local furniture store provides excellent service in case of a problem. They are authorized Stickley, Century and other top brands.
Saleslady claims the brand is excellent with no problems.
There are too many "brands" to know them all. And if you search for reviews, you get uneducated consumer opinions. Instead, learn joinery and wood types (all explained here in the forum over the past 12 years). Once you take the time to learn that, then a "Brand" won't matter because you will know hotw its constructed. FYI, $ 2,500 for a "set" is not buying high quality or build spec in today's market.

I passed on Canadel. One of the chairs in a set I looked at was wobbly. I remembered a post on Houzz, where the complaint was a wobbly chair due to a leg being cut too short. The saleslady tried to adjust it. There was no adjustment. I noticed, that similar to Stressless, reviews of the more recently made pieces were quite a bit lower, than older pieces. I live in Ohio and decided to buy an Amish set from the local Amish dealer.
