I have had my store internet service go out four days of the last seven for extended periods of time (4 to 7 hours each time). This has put me way behind and unable to answer emails promptly. They are stacked up, so if you haven't got a response, that's why. I have Cox for Business and they are replacing the fiber optic lines in my area "To give me better service", and my reply to them was "The old service was just fine, you're putting me out of business!"

I lost my internet which as a result also knocked out my business phone, my credit card processing system, unable to retrieve orders (all Cloud based), unable to place orders with suppliers, and of course unable to reply to emails and/or forum postings. But I was able to get my store really, really clean since that was about all there was to do.

I'm working through the backlogs now, and from the home computer....thanks for your patience.
