Is it a motion sofa or stationary? Have you checked under cushions and under the sofa for labels? I have seen similar sofas before with multiple pieces of leather sewn together to make cushions, etc. But finding the exact sofa with no other information about labels, age, where it was purchased, etc. is going to tough.
