Rock House Farms to oversea H&M, Century, and others.
I don't know what any of this means and I don't know any of the players but it sounds like there are the beginnings of corporate changes at RHF Investments to integrate Hancock and Moore and Century Furniture. These articles describes the formation of a new "umbrella" brand, Rock House Farm, which will oversee a portfolio of furniture brands to include Century, Hancock and Moore, Jessica Charles, and others. As such, it would appear that H&M becomes a separate and hopefully autonomous division of Rock House Farm rather than being a direct part of Century.

Sounds like all the Century Execs and owners made a lateral move to Rock House Brands. In my opinion, not much will change at the former H&M companies as long as the former owners are still running the day to day operations, and they are all in place. After that, who knows?

I think you're right and this is a better structure than somehow being folded into Century.

I was asking one of H&M's key associates at Market who I'm good friends with if they have seen any major changes since being sold to Century. He said "Yes, we got an extra day off at Thanksgiving!" The new boss, Alan Shuford apparently said everyone should have a long weekend.
True story!
