I see that both of these are considered B tier companies. Does anyone have any experience with either of these companies ? Good or Bad.

Hi All, I prefer Classic Leather over American, this has been around a long time and I feel there is a lot more experience making it soft and comfortable. It is difficult to find the right store that provides all around service. I have issues with the Brick there after service leaves a lot to be desired if there are issues, but hear Brandsource has good after service, can anyone confirm this.
