Now accepting ZELLE as a Cash/Check Payment

As many of you know, credit cards on average cost 3% to process. Since most everyone enjoys the lowest possible price, I quote in cash/check terms and we add 3% if you prefer to use a credit card or Paypal. Up until today that meant mailing a check for deposit and final payments to get the best price.

Starting now I can accept Zelle Payments and give you the cash/check price as there are no fees for me to take that form of payment. Your bank has to be Zelle-friendly in order to do so, and if they are simply submit payments through Zelle via email to keepingroom@gmail.com. Easy and Instant. And you get the best possible price with no mail delays!
