H&M 9748 LAQ/RAQ September Sectional in GR1 Columbia Molasses

Hi Duane,

The repaired section finally came today after being fixed by West Express! They did repair it like new and I'm very pleased. :)

For those that are interested, this is the H&M September Sectional (9748 LAQ/RAQ).
Leather is Grade 1 Columbia Molasses (one of the only grade 1 leather's Duane recommends)
"S" nail finish provides a more subtle effect. Wood finish is "Normandy".

Hopefully the quality of the pictures are okay. I took them with my cell phone.

I no longer use West Express as a carrier unless specifically requested, due to a rash of damages and "lost" orders that occurred this summer, of which yours is one. I've gone 100 % to Sun Delivery even though they are a bit more costly by $ 70 or so on an order like yours. I haven't had a damage claim with Sun in four years, nor a misplaced order and that's worth something. There are any number of less expensive 'white glove' services out there and quite honestly most other stores use them because it keeps the overall sales ticket cost lower, but I just hate to see damages and the wait for a repair like you experienced and i think most my customers are really willing to pay a little more for a better track record of safe and timely delivery.
