It's a zebra print fabric, though... in oak. Asking $1100 on facebook marketplace. Seems like an individual owner, a town or two from me. Not a reseller attempting to look like an individual.

Well, looks like I posted too soon. I called Stickley, and this item sells for ~$1200 new with their current 35% off MSRP, so with some patience you could get it for less (their biggest discounts of the year seem to be 40% off w/ free shipping). Might as well get the fabric you want for the same price.
$1,100 ha! So many people try to sell used furniture for crazy prices.
