Hi. My understanding is that Lee Industries makes very high quality sofas and chairs. I don't live in the NYC area, so I can't offer recommendations on where to buy.
I have followed comments and reviews of Lee Furniture for many years as my company is somewhat similar in structure, although we specialize in sofas and sectionals that fit through narrow door and staircases. In all the years I have followed Lee I have seen many very positive reviews and have never seen a negative review. They seem to make an excellent quality product for the price and back it up with excellent customer service.
