Now that's fast....

In what has to be a record delivery time in both production and speed of delivery, one of my New Jersey customers just called me and said Home Delivery Service (HDS) will be at her house tomorrow with her new Bradington-Young leather sectional.

Wha??? Impossible! We just ordered that 05/08/09 and its going to be in-home on 06/10/08? 32 days?! I had no billing paperwork on it from B-Y, but a quick phone call confirmed they handed it off to HDS on 06/04/09. I think that's the all-time quickest upholstery order ever. Especially with HDS, as I normally don't expect them to be in New Jersey sooner than three weeks from getting the pieces. Less that 30 days production time.

This is not going to make the prior poster in this forum very happy who has had B-Y on order since January from another dealer (obviously there is something fishy going on at that other dealer).
