Another Canadian "sale" price. Is this close for Document leather?

That's a Bradley TILT-back and ottoman. Buy it, that's a great deal. You won't do better ordering it anywhere.

Yes it is. Normal pricing on that set in Toronto is about $ 1,000 more.
