Replacement and Warranty Parts Policy

Should you need replacement parts for either a new piece under warranty or older unit, the following policy applies:

Parts come from the manufacturer, they are not stocked at The Keeping Room. As such, they will be ordered through the dealer and then drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. Typically it will take 2 to 3 weeks from time of order to receive them. Shipping charges are estimates and added to the order. I do not offer exact shipping costs as I have no way to determine the exact weight of the box, the size of the box, or handling charges the manufacturer may want. If you prefer, shipping charges can be a secondary transaction after the part has shipped and put on your credit card at a later date.

Warranty Parts: For parts that may have warranty coverage, they must be paid for in full at time of order and a credit will be issued to you once the defective parts are returned to the store. If you do not return the parts at your expense then no credit will be issued. Parts MUST be returned to The Keeping Room and not directly to the manufacturer.
