H&M chairs on craigslist

Can anyone tell me if this is a fair price for these upholstered H&M chairs? They are on craigslist for $525/pair.

$ 525 for a pair and they're in good shape? RUN to get those. That's $ 262.50 per chair. If you can't get there today, send them a $ 100 PayPal deposit. I'd buy them myself but I don't want to drive five hours each way to get them.

That's the # 1842 Literary Chair. In a D Grade Fabric will cost you $ 1,400 new, each (heavily discounted). Those are about 20 % the price of new. You can't go wrong.

BTW-it is because of you that we now own a H&M Sadler chair for DH. He looovvveeesss this chair-he is 6'3" and we had a heck of a time finding a chair we both agreed on. (I sit there when he is not here-it is comfy.)

Well Duane-I got them! They are in really good shape and I love the nubby fabric that is on them. I don't think they have been used very much. The arm covers are still wrapped in plastic under the pads. DH did have to take them down a twisty, narrow staircase. Thanks for your help!
