Cannonball Maple Bed Options

Looking for someone to build me a Cal King size Cannonball bed from Maple. I am not interested in Tiger Maple, as having owned several bookmatched Tiger Maple guitars, I just do not find it attractive on a bed (prefer just natural flame as it comes).

What are some builders to consider?

Obviously there is going to be the Amish factory stuff up to the hand built craftsman options. Where's the best bang for the buck in this area?

I am a fan of the late 50's/early 60's Ethan Allen Nutmeg stuff (before they went to Formica tops in the early 1970's) so looking for something to complement that.

Cali King is a custom size generally (vs the more common Eastern King). Amish......ummmm.....no. They generally have to eye for proportion because they never studied furniture-making and period pieces.

I have (4) of these beds in my own home - every bedroom has a Stephen Plaud bed - and I sleep on a maple cannonball bed (eastern king) every night. They are made in Rhode Island, and they are not inexpensive. However, they are made right.
