Is this H&M sectional worth a look?

Scouring our local Craigslist, my husband found this sectional in Phoenix, a two hour drive from us:

It's 15 years old, done in Manchester Royal leather. The owner says it was custom made, rarely used and is in like new condition. They're asking $1200.

The size and color would work well for us. We would have to drive to Phoenix this weekend to look at it, and then rent a Uhaul for about $100 to bring it back to our home.

Is an H&M sectional of this age worth that kind of money and effort? It looks excellent in the photos.
