1940's Bedroom Set and Dining Room Set! Any information would be helpful! 1 of 2!

Hello everyone! My name is Kevin and a friends grandfather of mine past away recently and she has put me in charge of selling his furniture. I am a novice at this to say the least and I was looking for any type of information to even get to a starting point. There are 10 main pieces that I have. The only information that I have is the brand name "Kincaid" in the left hand drawer on one of the pieces. Also, there is a bedroom set that is believed to be from the 1940's. I have taken multiple pictures and was looking to see if there is any way that anyone would be able to look at some of the pictures and give us a ballpark price that we should be looking for.
