Is this a Pottery Barn dresser?

Bought this for my daughter about 14 years ago and am now looking to sell. I believe it’s from PB teen but want to price it correctly. Anyone know the product line etc? Sorry that the photo is upside down. Didn't know how to rotate on this site.:confused:

Tag on back says “Outlook International. Made in Thailand.” But I recall buying in pottery Barn.

Most of Pottery Barn items are from Asia.
