A Few Questions on this Vintage Hancock and Moore Chesterfield

This is a loveseat I found on C/L Boston. It is a H & M Vintage or so they say Chesterfield loveseat. It has no rips, tears, missing buttons, and is pretty with light wear from over time. I have a few questions. What is it worth? Can you ell from the pictures what grade leather this is, what color, and how do you tell if its vintage. Does being vintage make it worth more? Thank you very kindly for your expert opinion.

They are dreaming at $ 3K for that, you can buy a new one in a GR 1 leather for that price, shipped.

While an eloquent ad, the fact is that's a $ 1,000 sofa tops - with all the buttons on it. With popped buttons, $ 700.

"Vintage" in leather upholstery is just another word for old.
