I saw these chairs in Toronto at a Design Show in April 2022, but I have not been able to identify any Vendors that sell these chairs, or the manufacturer.
I know it's a long shot but does anyone know who would sell these chairs or at least the manufacturer?

You best bed since the show was recent is to backtrack to that Design Show by contacting the Promoter and sending them the photos. At the very least they can set you up with a list of Exhibitors. Good luck,.
Found my own answer. Chairs are manufactured by Caracole, and are named Glimmer of Hope.
