Ugh. I had (15) pieces of mail to go out this morning only to discover I had postage metered them Saturday when the rate was .45. Now its .46, so I had to drive to the Post Office go buy (15) 1-cent stamps. I hadn't even heard this was coming down the pike - guess the newspapers like Washington Post didn't find it worthy of a mention.
