Can anybody identify this vintage chair

I came across this what appears to be a childrens chair. Appears to be signed on the bottom by someone but, cant make out the name. Wondering if anyone can give me a general idea of when this may have been made and from where.

its modern, because its signed in magic marker. Also, the nail are round. Finally, piece like that were almost never signed, they were simple country pieces. So it’s a Reproduction.
