Can you help me identify this nightstand / end table / hifi rack

I bought this piece in about 2004/5, it is steel with a bronze paint finish. Two removable lower steel shelves painted in a graphite gray color and a top shelf in glass. I am pretty sure it came from a Crate and Barrel store, maybe a Pottery Barn on the West Coast of the USA. I seem to remember it was sold as a nightstand, but I used it for hifi.
