Identifying This Chair

Can anyone identify the chair in the attached photos, and give me
an idea of its value?

I'm not an antique expert by any means, but that looks like Empire period to me, mid to late 1800's. You would have to submit that photo to an antique expert to get a valuation, and do a series of detail photos as well.
