Next Hancock and Moore Sale?

We have some Hancock and Moore furniture that we would like to order. I know that from time to time H&M has additional discounts that they pass on to dealers. I think they may have had a 5% "sale" recently. As every little bit helps, does anyone know if there are any coming up?

Also, we were told by Boyles that there is an inbound freight charge that they are "splitting" with customers. Has anyone else been told this recently?

As a H&M dealer, here's what will come down the pike in the next few months.

1) October Market Specials. These will be specials next month only for dealers to build inventory. Typically it means a dealer can order certain leathers at a grade reduction, such as a Class III leather at a Class II price, etc. It is absolutely forbidden for a dealer to take a customer order on this inventory build deal. However you can check and see what might be coming in for floor stock that will have a reduced price.

2) Typically the 5% Sale will be repeated in February 2009 for a 5 week period.

3) Expect a price increase between now and January. This is only a guess on my part, but it may very well negate any savings you might benefit by waiting until February.

Any charges from Boyles are their charges alone and do not apply to other dealers. Boyles is rumored to be close to going out of business.
