I have a recliner that just arrived, still in the box, that was not made correctly. We had an order change in the production and due to a keypunch error at H&M, only part of the changes were made and the customer did not want it configured like this. is this a chair or loveseat? can't find it on the H& M website to check it out... only model 3032 and it shows nail head trim.. do you have a pix since you said changes were made to it.. not sure what changes... thanks.

Its the Austin Wall Hugger Recliner. Nails were left off at customer request. No photos, as stated its in the box and will remain there until sold or put on my display floor. Once I remove it from the box then it cannot be easily shipped.
