Just starting to learn about antique and vintage furniture.

Hello, my name is Dan and I usually work with toys however some friends of mine recently found themselves in a situation where they needed to liquidate some of their assets. I'm hoping to help them sell some of their furniture, but I don't know enough about styles and vocabulary in order to be able to really help them. I have a general idea of age of some pieces, but would really like some more assistance related to identifying what I'm looking at. I'm a quick learner and hope you'll have some patience with me as I get up to speed.

Anything you can share about what I'm looking at (style, type, design, age, value) would be greatly appreciated.
