The H&M "Colorado" sofa is a "Signature Collection" piece. That is offered only to dealers who - quite frankly - have complained bitterly and frequently about being undercut in price by other Hancock & Moore Dealers on regular line items. Only a few dealers have access to it and anyone (like my store) who heavily discounts cannot sell the grouping. It's a grouping you, as the consumer, cannot price shop. If that is the sofa you want, you must buy it from the dealer showing it. However, it's nothing fancy, that's just a 98" track sofa.
