That is an amazing price for such a highly crafted piece of furniture. I'm laughing to myself that I managed to fall in love with sofas that aren't half as ornate but somehow cost $2,000 more...
Yes it is. The MSRP on that sofa, in that GR 4 leather is $ 19,455. My normal (regular selling price) is $ 10,246 plus shipping costs. Those are not "made up" numbers or trickery, that's the book price on that sofa. At $ 6,999 it is the hottest deal you will EVER see on this sofa, brand new, made to order in your choice of hides..
The beauty of this unit is that its so well made, and the leather is so good on it (in a GR 4) that this is a lifetime buy, it will never need to be replaced. Granted, you can't let the UV rays from sunlight get to it and bleach out the hide, but with just the most minimum of care it will last for decades.

HA! Guess what.....my H&M Sales Rep made a mistake, the deal for the Chesterfield was supposed to be for the 8876-88, model, not the 9876-88!
Of course, the 9876-88 is more expensive, and with a removable cushion is a better sit in my opinion. For the time being however, since I have a floor model, they are going to let me run the 9876-88 at that deal pricing and I have sold (4) units so far.
There will always be that "I should have bought that when you had that hot special" comment in 6 months when the deal is gone. So here's your chance to get one while the getting is good. I might even buy one for myself and put in my library at home.
