    Default Mixing Woods: Tiger Maple & Stained Cherry?

    I'm going to look at an Eldred Wheeler tiger maple coffee table tomorrow. It retails for over $1200, but someone who wants to downsize is selling theirs for $450. It's in perfect condition (see attached photo). But none of my other case good pieces are tiger maple--they're mostly dark to medium-tone cherry, like the serving cart I bought as a TV stand (see other attached photo). Different style, as well. This probably isn't going to work, is it?
