OK, I have come to find out that H&M does not longer supply these covers with the swivel base chairs - they did not send out a notice to their dealers. In a GR 4 leather like Capri, the cost is $ 85 for one and they attach with Velcro. Sorry for the mis-information! I got 'caught' on one.....
