Here are the pics of our new Roy Lounger we ordered from Duane. We're very happy with it -- very comfortable, stylish and fits right into our Southwestern decor. I'm about 5'4" and I can sit in it with my feet flat on the floor, yet the back is high enough for even a tall man. My husband loves it.
As you can see in the pics, the Roy comes standard with nails in two sizes and two different spacings. It looks very sharp in the dark chocalate brown Kipling Java, and I expect this leather will pick up some patina as it ages.
The wood legs are in the Mesa finish.
Looks Great, and nice camera work, too!

Love the look of this chair. It is very classy and looks comfortable too. Duane, would this chair be a good companion piece to a Reserve sofa?
I think it would, though I would match up the nails....

I also think it would. Another sofa that has similar lines would be the City sofa, but you would need to add the nailhead trim.
JRiley,
Thanks for the suggestion. I had not thought about the City with it but it is in the size range we are looking for and would look great with nail heads.
What sofa are you using with your Roy?
Your chair is beautiful...and great photos too...really shows the chair to great advantage. I had just passed it over on H & M site.
We live in NC but have lots of Indian pottery, baskets and craftsman furniture so the Roy may be a good fit. I had started out looking for a chair and ottoman and sofa all to "match" but I'm wondering if we will find one to match a sofa that my husband likes. Your photos gave me another idea of the Roy with another sofa.
THANK YOU!

You're very welcome, and the DH, who took the photos, is very happy you liked them.
The sofa we have is a rather cheap one that we bought a few years back when the house was new and we had no furniture at all -- literally. It resembles the Reserve in general lines, except it's a two-cushion and has no casters. If I were to replace it, which we may do down the road a bit, I think I'd get the City and add the nailhead trim. It appeals to me just a bit more than the Reserve, although I think that's a sharp style as well.
I think the Roy would nicely suit the decor you describe. It has an informal, somewhat rustic character, but is still refined, rather than clunky. We're very happy with it. I'm sitting in it as I type this
Have fun with your choices!
