    Default B-Y # 508-92 / -508-94 Yorba Sectional in leather 9012-99 AP

The very popular Yorba Sectional in a GR 2 Leather, series 9012 (Bentley Place). I like this sectional for price, and comfort. The arms have more padding than one would expect, and the seat and back cushions come standard in Premier Down, which is clever on B-Y's part to include that as it gives a luxury seating and a lot of 'loft'.

This customer had me choose the leather! He wanted black, and didn't want to make the trip to the store so he put it in my hands. I'm quite pleased with this hide, its base grade, has a matte sheen to it which I like - and is very soft. It's lightly protected, being an aniline plus. This is proof that you don't have to necessarily buy in the upper grades to get a good leather. Photos are showing it a bit grey-ish, but it is a black leather.

We delivered it this morning and my delivery team reported back he was very pleased with the way it turned out. Satin Black for the wood base as well. In the $ 4K price range....made in USA.

    Hi Duane,

My wife is looking for an LAF Chaise, which is not available in the Yorba.
We do like the looks of the Landry set.
Our space, say we are looking at it with the LAF Chaise facing us, installed on the left, is 112 inches across the back wall and 152 inches down the right wall.
I have the pdf for the design dimensions for the Landry, here
Would a similar configuration consist of the LAF Chaise -41, Armless Chair -38, Square Corner -66, and RAF Sofa Return -94?
If so, could you PM me with a quote for the Landry, with the GR3 leather?

    Thanks,
    Bill

Also, on their website under Leather Information, are the collections based on Grade from top to bottom?
    i.e. Addison Bay = GR1, Bentley Place = Grade 2, King Street = Grade 3, London Park = Grade 4, Grafton Square = Grade 5?

BillMaquire, that is correct. I just asked Duane that question recently via PM and this was his response (I assume that he meant Addison instead of Ashley):

    Ashley is GR 1
    Bentley GR 2
    King GR 3
    London GR 4
    Grafton GR 5
