White leather hippo ottoman

I have this white leather hippo ottoman. There is no tag and no markings indicating a manufacturer, the only marking is the riri on the zipper. Any information about this strange piece of furniture would be appreciated. Thank you.

Did you peek inside to see if any additional clues could be found?

I unzipped the zipper and looked around the inside of it and there was nothing there. It is stuffed with small foam pieces, so I didn't go any deeper into it.
