The owner is not budging on price. Here is some additional correspondence
from the seller. I'm not finding much on this manufacturer.
"The set was bought in Hom Furniture, it is full grain leather with semi aniline finish. The brand is Providence and the collection is called Ellington, but from what Hom told me this morning, company closed down, and I guess thats why we got such a good deal on the 3 piece set, if we had waited one more month, they had a floor model in Coon Rapids that sold for 1,800. We are smoke, alcohol (with exception of wine), and pet home free"
What do you think?? Whats it worth? $1000.00??? I'm thinking they really overpaid on this set!
So I passed on the set thinking it was way to much and they said there was a lot of interest right of way. I thought to myself I know how
craigslist buyers operate and if your not budging at that high of a price point your not going to sell it. So I waited and guess what they responded
back and asked what would my offer be as I told them If your desperate to sell I'll maybe make you an offer after looking it over. My number
1 rule is never rush into a furniture purchase even when Its really tempting walk away It will probably be there tomorrow!!!
Who knows what it is....could be trash, could be treasure. For $ 1,900 that would have to be Hancock and Moore, Leathercraft, Classic Leather or Bradington Young for me to layout that much for used furniture.
