Default Need Help Identifying & Valuing Table Retro Kidney Shaped Gateleg

I bought this at a garage sale for $1. It has a very heavy table top that is kidney shaped that rests on a gate-leg configured base. The top doesn't shift during use because it is so heavy that gravity keeps it in place. There are no markings that I can find other than an old Allied moving sticker. I would love to know how old it is and how much it is worth. Thanks!!!!

It is difficult to value any piece of furniture just from photos but my best estimate is that this was built in the 1950s or 1960s. The top is almost certainly made of particle board with a laminate top. This was not an expensive piece of furniture when new and was not hand-made so it would not have any real value beyond whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

You may have overpaid for it.
