Those are not very well done, and I suspect they were done by two different people on the production line. They do not have a full pattern match, and should not only have a center pattern match to one another, but the pattern should match on the seat to the front edge cushion and it doesn't on either chair. Kincaid is a premium brand, their standard should be a full pattern match at that level.
Send the photo to the dealer, ask them to pick up the chairs and return them to Kincaid for re-upholstery. Truth be told, they never should have even been delivered like that and they should have caught that when unpacking them, and turned them right back around again. I've seen that happen a few times on pieces coming into my store - and its unacceptable and I won't even try to deliver them to the customer.
