I'd not actually do Yardley series on a Envelop sofa, that piece lends itself to a finer, softer hide than Yardley. In fact, I actually think the Envelope should only be sold in either Capri, Quintessence or Ricardo hides.
The Rugby is more rough 'n tumble looking and can take a drier, more variegated leather like Yardley. Yardley also varies a lot from the samples....those samples may look uniform and a bit polished, and the actual hide will often be a dry look with a rougher texture.
