I found this Hancock & Moore sofa on sale for $900. It looks like the Austin but not exactly, as there are no nailheads along the bottom (only on the arms and sides) and it is slightly smaller (about 80" wide). The owner said it is nearly 20 years old, but has either been in storage or in a little-used sitting room for the entire time, which I believe because it appears to be in excellent condition; the frame, springs and cushions do not seem at all worn, the color does not appear faded, although there are some light scratches on the leather. What is it worth?
Thank you!
A 20 year old sofa to me would be $ 500, tops.

I don't know--it looks as wrinkly as a 90 year old elephant's trunk. I'd tell them to call me when the price drops to 250 dollars.
