    Default Hancock and Moore Loveseat

Found this on the local craigslist and would like to know what it is worth. Thanks!

Hope it hasn't been sitting in front of that window with no blind or shutter or covering for the last five years. As I understand it, depending on the type of leather, that could've caused some fading.

They said it's been in that location for three months and only sees an hour of sun a day. I don't know if I believe all of that. What should i look for as far as fading or damage? What do you think it's worth if it's fine or if it's damaged?

I looked at the loveseat today. I didn't see any fading but it did have some damage on the cushions from a dog and a few wear marks on the side and back of it. These don't bother me to much because there were not thtt bad and I have a two year old and a cat. So I won't be so paranoid about damage. Is $500 a fair offer? Also it didn't have feet. It sat directly on the ground. Any way to put feet on it? Any advice would be great.

Photos are not too good, but that appears to be a CAMPAIGN model loveseat. Wish the tag was readable.....

There are feet on every model H&M piece, perhaps they were not noticeable? Otherwise the owner removed them. Check the seat height on the piece vs the spec on the website. If the Seat Height (actual) is 2" to 3" lower than the published spec, then the feet were removed and (4) new ones will be about $ 100.

So it is missing it's feet. Not sure what to offer due to the slight damage from the dog claws on the cushions and the missing feet. I'm thinking no more than $650. Sound fair? Does anyone know what it sold for new five years ago? she had a receipt for $4100 but that sounds like it was overpriced.
