He won't do written H&M quotes anymore. Only verbal via phone.

Sorry, you have to call to get quotes on H&M, I no longer put them in writing where they can be printed off with my name on them. Please have your leather grade selected when you call as there are (5) leather price grades and that greatly affects the cost.

What's the most common grade? What grade is shown? What grade is selected by the majority of your customers?

There really isn't one that is most common or most preferred, primarily because there is so much variance in determining what suits one person the best. Some folks are very price conscious, and they will buy in Town and Country because of the savings. Others buy based on feel and appearance of the leather and are not so much concerned about pricing.
