Gunner Saddle Leather

We just saw a Crosby sofa in Gunner Saddle Leather and I'll looking for more information on this leather. I did a search but nothing came up. Do you have any descriptions of Gunner Saddle Leather and any thoughts compared to others? Also, what does "Class 1 is a commercial leather" mean?

"Gunner" is a new leather that was introduced at the October 2013 Market. It's a Price Grade 1 leather that is Finished (otherwise known as Pigmented, Painted, Protected, Corrected, Top-coated, pick your term!). It comes in four colorways : Mocha, Saddle, Toast, Toffee. It has an average split thickness and is slightly pebbly, with good color tones. Grade 1 is the least expensive leather in the H&M Price Structure (GR 5 the highest).

A 'Commercial Leather' has nothing to do with price grade, but with the "Serviceability" value. All Commercial Leathers are "1" in that Serviceability rating for the most part and have textures and hands similar to Car Leather. The only leather in the H&M line that meets that criteria is "Challenger".
