    Default H&M T cushion problem

I am considering purchasing an H and M floor model. It is the ricki sofa in dream jute. There is a cushion problem. The middle cushion is fine but the ones on either side pop up an inch or two at the t.What is causing this?
The salesperson and manager feel it is due to people sitting on it over time. I have three sofas at home with t cushions. They are fifteen years old and are fine. Since the sofa is a floor model they will not contact the store upholsterer for me to clarify what the problem is. Can this be fixed?

That's pretty odd....I'd have to see a photo to really evaluate that. The 'salesman' and 'manager' should take just a little bit of initiative and swap out the seat cores left to right (pull them from the casing, put the right one in the left casing and vice versa). That will rotate them 180 degree and likely solve any issue in 10 minutes time. That's what I would do at my store, and if the cushions cores are that worn from customers sitting on them (highly doubtful) the should call H&M and ask for a replacement set as its no charge. Good luck!
