Help finding the right sectional

I found this website yesterday, great information!! Looking for a sectional and having a hard time finding what I am looking for. My husband loves a giant import from a big box store, and I do not (for more than one reason!) so I have been putting the purchase off as long as possible. This weekend we visited a local quality leather store (which I didn't know was there, happened to find it via google). There I found the Bradington Young Yorba sectional. I loved it, but my husband wants a chaise (doesn't come that way) and he thinks it is not deep enough (I agree). I love the look of the arms on this model, and the price was reasonable in the stock married leather program which I actually liked. Which leads to another question that I didn't think of at the store: is this stock leather made in China? They also had another B-Y build-your-own option that had deeper seats, but in grade 1 leather it was 50% more expensive than the Yorba in stock leather (almost double the price of the Yorba if we added the chaise). Ideally I am looking for a transitional style sectional, left arm facing sofa, armless love seat, and right arm facing chaise, and the seats should to be fairly deep (not as important if it has a chaise for my husband). Price is a huge factor. And finally, the local store I visited used the 50% off everyday line with me. Is this just the 'normal' B-Y retail price? The owner went on and on about how much cheaper they are than everyone else and I didn't buy it. Thanks for any feedback!

I know that the chaise is popular right now, but give a long and hard thought to it on a sectional because its EXTREMELY limiting in how you can place the piece and it will always be a walk-around obstacle. I much prefer a separate ottoman for those two reasons. Yes, most all married covers (95%) originate from China where labor is cheap to not only process the leather, but sew up the married covers. 50% off MSRP is a decent price point, no worries there. Yes, having the piece made 100 % using American labor and talent will cost more than the Chinese married cover. No one in this country wants to work for $ 1 an hour!

Thank you for the info on the married covers and also the advice about the chaise. Currently we have a sofa and love seat, maybe we should just consider that again. A recliner would work well for my husband but I would prefer to have the extra seating. At first I was against the sectional but the idea has grown on me, and I like sitting in the corner!
