Recommendations desperately needed

I think I have spent every waking moment reading all of this valuable information, but I am the most indecisive person alive! So....please make my decision for me!

We are a young family with two children ages 2 and 4, no pets. We love Hancock and Moore products, don't love the price - but I understand you sometimes get what you pay for and I am hoping to buy something we will love and live on daily for years. We DO need to keep price in mind at least a little. We are in need of new family room furniture that will stand the test of time and withstand the tortures of children.

I am very Type A but am looking for something very comfortable and fairly casual, we are tall people- like deep seats/higher backs. Need a new full room - sectional and chair, couch and love seat or whatever your knowledgeable minds can recommend!


I like the style of the September sectional, but am not even sure if a sectional is what I should go with (see indecisive!). Do not love reclining pieces or chaise so would like an ottoman or some option (that is not a coffee table, which is too dangerous for toddler heads) for propping up feet.

So... you tell me
- sectional or what furniture piece combos
- leather selection (I like dark mocha type color - need child durable)
- HELP, basically sums it up!

Also just moved from Chicago to NC - so tell me when/where to buy!
