Duane, Back in December I pm'ed you with a couple of photos showing where a spring that attaches the springdeck to the frame of my H&M Springfield Lounger broke off. Have we heard anything from H&M regarding what can be done for a repair? The reclining mechanism is not the problem; the problem is that the springdeck is no longer fully attached to the frame.

Bumping this thread up as we are anxious to use the chair (it has been collecting dust for 6 months while we wait for an update).
Edited to add: We purchased this chair from The Keeping Room in 2009.

Hi Sarah,
Please send me an email to dcollie@keepingroom.com with all the information you have (including your full address, etc) and let me see what we can do to get this resolved and the chair back in operation. I looked at the photos and am unsure what is needed, but am going to forward them to H&M.
Thanks!

Sarah, please contact me on this so we can get this fixed for you. Call the store at 703-360-6399 or email me at dcollie@keepingroom.com. I need to get the model number of your chair and really we should send it back to H&M and they will make it all as good as new again.
