I think I originally posted this in the wrong area, sorry for the duplication. I need to replace one cushion on my Hancock and Moore sofa. I have read that Hancock and Moore prefers that cushions be ordered through a dealer. I am not the original owner and do not have a dealer close by. I have been on their website and do not see a contact for customer service. There is a number written on the original cushion (1225C) and I have paperwork with the cushion # as RU1225C. I would appreciate any advice that you can give me.
First thing to do is figure out your model. If you can, open the back of the casing and photograph all the writing on the back of the cushion core and post it here.

OK, you have a 1225 Reed Sofa. If you just need a single standard seat core, then it is $ 140 + shipping. I do not know where you are located to figure up the UPS charge, however...

I would have to send that tag to H&M as its their internal codes. You can call the store at 703-360-6399 or email sales@keepingroom.com
